Medchal District Becomes Number One in Intermediate Results 2026

Hyderabad, 13 April 2026: Medchal district has emerged as the top performer in the Telangana Intermediate Public Examinations 2026, achieving the highest pass percentage in the state and setting a new benchmark in academic excellence.

According to officials from the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education, Medchal recorded an impressive overall pass percentage of around 82.7%, surpassing all other districts. The district also performed strongly in both first and second-year results, showing consistent academic achievement.

Other districts such as Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Kumuram Bheem, and Mulugu followed closely behind, reflecting a competitive performance across the state.

Across Telangana, the overall results showed significant improvement this year. The second-year pass percentage reached its highest level in the past five years, indicating better preparation and academic support systems.
